DePaul University College of Law's Center for Art, Museum & Cultural Heritage Law (CAMCHL) was founded by Patty Gerstenblith, Distinguished Research Professor of Law, to promote research and concentrated study in the rapidly growing areas of art, museum and cultural heritage law. CAMCHL provides students extensive opportunities to explore unique cross-curricular offerings in these exciting areas of law, primarily through a two-course sequence of Art and the Law and a Seminar in Cultural Heritage Law, complemented by a range of programs and activities, including internship and externship placements at U.S. and international cultural institutions, government agencies and nonprofit organizations.
