The multicultural alumni serves DePaul alumni of different races and cultures. This group provides opportunities for diverse alumni populations to remain involved with the university, reach out to current students and interact with fellow alumni of color.

Currently, minority students account for 28 percent of the total enrollment (32 percent of undergraduate and 19 percent of graduate and professional enrollment). These numbers have resulted in the following alumni populations:
African-American alumni: 6,163
Asian/Pacific Islander alumni: 5,266
Hispanic/Latino alumni: 4,310
Native American alumni: 220
