DePaul Email Account
Lifelong DePaul email accounts are now available to all alumni! Show your DePaul spirit with a lifelong “alumni.depaul.edu” email account and enjoy a free personal web page, 5GB of free web-based storage for your files, plus much more! Simply log in to your profile in the
Alumni Online Community to request your free DePaul alumni email account hosted by Microsoft Live. Graduates from 2009 and later will be able to keep their student email accounts for life.
Alumni Association Card
All DePaul graduates are automatically members of the Alumni Association. And with an Alumni Association card, you can show your school spirit and receive alumni-only discounts from DePaul partners and various vendors. To request your
Alumni Association card, log into your
online profile and submit the Alumni Association card request form. You can also request your card by emailing

Alumni ID Card
Alumni of DePaul are eligible for an alumni ID card which serves as a passport to special university privileges, including access to some campus buildings. To request your
alumni ID card, log into your
online profile and submit the alumni ID card request form. You can also request your card by emailing
dpalumni@depaul.edu or calling (800) 437-1898.
Alumni Directory
Looking for a former classmate or want to find DePaul alumni living in your area? Use the
Alumni Directory to search listings of DePaul alumni and update your own directory listing and preferences.
Alumni Website Username and Password
A few months after graduation, alumni are assigned a username and password to the Alumni & Friends Website that allows them to update their contact information, submit a class note, use the Alumni Directory and register for alumni events. You can

Transcripts
All transcript requests are processed through the Office of Student Records. Electronic transcripts are available to alumni who completed all their coursework after 1981, and paper transcripts are available to all alumni of DePaul. Electronic and paper transcripts with standard delivery are free; alumni will only be charged a fee for transcripts that are ordered with UPS shipping. All
transcript orders 
must be placed online. Visit the

Replacement Diplomas
All requests for replacement or duplicate diplomas are processed through the Office of Student Records. Free replacement diplomas are available to new graduates whose original diploma was damaged upon receipt. Duplicate diplomas are available to alumni for a fee of $75, and there is a limit of 3 duplicates per person. All
diploma orders must be placed online. Visit the

Library Access
DePaul graduates can access the university
libraries , check out books and videos, and use various reference and research services. They also can renew borrowed items by phone or online. For more information on alumni library privileges, visit the

Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center Discount
As part of the DePaul community, alumni have preferred access to membership and are eligible for discounted rates at the Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center located on the Lincoln Park Campus. For more information, visit the

School of Music and Theatre School Performance Discounts
Alumni may purchase discounted tickets for
The Theatre School and
School of Music performances and productions. For theatre event tickets, please call the

Sheffield and Clifton Deck Parking Garage Discounts
Alumni who show their
alumni ID or Alumni Association card can park at the
Lincoln Park Campus garages at the DePaul rate.
Undergraduate Admissions Application Fee Waiver
The
Office of Admission offers alumni the opportunity to request an application fee waiver for one prospective student applying for undergraduate admission to DePaul. A
fee waiver request can be submitted online . Each alumnus/a is eligible to submit one fee waiver request per academic year.
Continuing and Professional Education Discount
The Office of
Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) offers a variety of certificate programs and non-credit courses designed to meet the diverse professional development and personal enrichment needs of the DePaul University alumni community. The Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles' collegiate license plate program provides special recognition for Illinois universities and creates a source of financial aid for Illinois college students. Visit the
